Cosh ka Models is an effective and cost effective way for aspiring talent and models of all ages, shapes and sizes, both male and female, to promote themselves to the industry's leading directors, producers, casting professionals, fashion editors, photographers and talent scouts worldwide. If you are talented or think that you have what it takes to be a model, then we invite you to approach us. No experience is required, however the modelling/talent industry is highly competitive; so if you do not have dedication, professionalism and the raw potential, this is not the industry for you.

WHAT CAN A CAREER IN MODELLING OFFER ME?
A career in modelling and entertainment can offer fantastic opportunities to travel the world, meet diverse and interesting people and generate a good income. However, the world of "modelling" employs many types of models but the haute couture model on the Paris runway or the cover of Vogue is the one that most know about. But before starting out, it is important to be aware that today modelling is a highly competitive industry where, however good your look, success is only achieved from hard work, dedication, a professional approach and luck. This means turning up on time, having a positive attitude and being co-operative and affable while on a shoot. In short, this is about being a professional; without this, you will not succeed.

HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A MODEL?
In basic terms to become a standard fashion model, height, a clear complexion and a healthy physique is an advantage. With other categories an individual look/personality is what is sought and being seen by the right people at the right time. Cosh ka Models will work hard on your behalf to open doors through networking, cold calling and established contacts and expects you to behave with the utmost professionalism at castings and shoots. Poise, social skills and dedication are vital. It is also essential to keep your profile; contact details and photographs current so that we can represent you effectively and contact you should a booking arrive.

HOW TO REGISTER
To successfully create your model profile, it is vital to complete all fields on the online registration form. Please make sure that the correct contact information - email, address, mobile and daytime telephone number are provided, this will enable you to be contacted immediately should a booking arise. Incomplete profiles will not be permitted.

ONLINE PROFILE AND COMPCARD
By registering with Cosh ka Models you provide registered members with direct access to your profile, biography and photographs. Your profile will always be presented professionally to members.

BIOGRAPHY
The biography feature is similar to a resume and is designed to provide clients with information about the model's background, interests, hobbies, experience and capabilities. This should be sent to models@coshka.com when registering. It is important to give consideration to how you represent yourself in your resume as potential employers may use it to ascertain your suitability for a job.

PHOTOGRAPHS
Please send nine (9) of your best photographs by email. Photographs should be current and show you off to your best advantage. Group photographs are not acceptable. We recommend that each image does not exceed 400kb in size. Email your photographs to models@coshka.com. Images that exceed 400kb can be sent to us either on disc or prints by post. Contact us for the Cosh ka Models postal address, nearest to you. (Please include a stamped self-addressed envelope when sending photographs by post if you wish the photographs or disc to be returned to you).

MANAGEMENT FEE
An annual fee of $175.00 applies for Cosh ka Models to manage and represent models/talent professionally. By paying the annual management fee Cosh ka Models will work hard to open doors through networking, cold calling and established contacts. Only models and talent who pay the management fee will have an A4 sized comp card created for them, which can be submitted instantly for a client to review. You will all also have the added advantage of being highlighted in all Cosh ka Models promotions and advertising. Please note that if you choose not to pay the management fee Cosh ka Models will not create you an A4 sized comp card and in all fairness models/talent who have paid the management fee will be given priority consideration for paid work.

JOB OPPOTUNITIES
By posting your pictures and creating an online profile with Cosh ka Models, you are targeting professionals (scouts, agency owners, movie directors, designers, photographers etc.) worldwide, without even having to leave the comfort of your own home. We have scouts looking for males, females and children in the following categories: Swimsuit, Plus sizes, Lingerie, Catalogue, Runway, Editorial, Fashion, Commercial / Print, Television / Film / Theatre. Each category has different requirements. The type of work that you can get with Cosh ka Models would simply depend on your availability, experience and wiliness to travel. SECURITY
Our scouting system is not a public system. Visitors are required to register as a member before you can access the model search. Registration is free and the process is simple. Once registered, as a member a password will be issued which will enable the client to sign in and carry out a model search.
